Primary Election Results — July 29, 2008
Dear Republicans of Rogers Co,
We will have our regular monthly meeting next week at the Golden
Corral on Thursday,
August 21st, the third Thursday of the month.
Please come for dinner at 6 PM. Our program will begin at 7 PM.
Purchase your meal at the front, and then come to the back for the
dinner/meeting.
Our guest speaker is Lt. Col. Stuart Jolly (retired), Executive
Director of the AFP chapter in Oklahoma. Among the issues Stuart
will talk about is the current battle on school choice (including
the current OEA petition effort), tax payer funded lobbyists,
property taxes, and other issues coming up this next legislative
session.
Americans for Prosperity is a non-partisan group dedicated to
educating and mobilizing citizens on economic policies affecting
taxpayers across the nation.
Feel free to invite your friends (and those concerned
with the current status of the public school system). Our meetings
are open, and we welcome people of every political stripe and color.
